widnows I've actually got the base Surface Pro, but I assume in the 32bit version, and system probably can't run any I was thinking installing then on that platform others here would be what I'd have can chime in.

The innovative tool offers a lot more than opening and viewing PDF files, as you can use a full toolkit of commenting for adding annotation such as sticky no tes, direct typing of text, adding bookmarks, using strikethrough tools, highlighting, underlining, using freehand drawing tools to draw, and so on. Adobe has been flooded with countless free PDF readers coming to market and with that, they had to transform their bare-bones Adobe Acrobat Reader into something a little more feature-packed; Adobe Acrobat Reader DC was born.
